Fully manual through hole plating machine at university of Oulu will be automated on this project

Oulu university workshop has a pcb manufacturing line running. It serves mainly university students and researchers in need of proto pcb's. One of line equipment is a German Manufacturer Walter Lemmen GmbH through hole plating machine. It is fully manual linear path electrochemical plating machine.

While running it, the process takes about an hour to complete one pcb set. Being a manual machine it ties the user to the process for the hour. To automate it will save staff precious time.

Here will be added a more close introduction the machine in use.
